Support Woker NeededSlough, Burnham, sl1from £7 phE j Carers are currently seeking reliable, caring people to join its Team of support workers to provide cover in Residential and Nursing Homes working with the elderly/adults & children within berkshire (Reading,Maindenhead,Slough,Windsor & Wokingham) and Oxfordshire areas. Own Transport an advantage and a mobile phone is essential. At least 6 months previous experience within a similar environment is essential and ongoing training will be given.

Care Duties may include:
Personal Care (Toileting, Bathing, Feeding, Prompt Medication, Dressing etc)
Maintaining written records and reports in accordance with company policy.
Participating in internal and external staff training and meetings as required
You will need to:
Be able to work as a team
Be able to follow plans of care and risk assessments
Be able to meet service users’ needs with a sense of understanding, patience, respect and dignity
